Reusing stuff around the house to make a completely solar air heater

Parts:

Recycled corrugated plastic sign
20' of vinyl tubing (bought about $5) - probably should use bigger diameter ducting instead of tube.
2 plastic funnels
2 computer fans about 2-2.5W each (bought one, had one)
Cardboard
5W 12V Solar Panel (yeah, I actually had this around the house)
Black spray paint

Having some problems with the volume of airflow...still need to test out and see temperature gains and calculate CFM. It snowed the day after I put this together.
